Carpet polisher machine

Introduction to the Product

  • Polisher machines are made in two types with completely different functions. The first type are polishers that use plate-shaped brushes and the motor is installed perpendicular to the brush. These polishers are made in single brush, double brush, three or four brush types.
  • The second type are polishers whose brushes are installed in a cylindrical shape and perpendicular to the main axis of the machine and perform the washing process in the form of rollers.
  • The polishing machine improves the quality and speed of carpet washing to an acceptable ratio. The way this machine works is that the operator moves the polisher on the carpet that is already wet and soaked with detergent so that the polisher completes the washing process by producing foam.
  • Currently, the polishers produced in Pazirik company are roller type. The washing process with roller brushes has similarities with the washing system by the whipper, and in fact, the brush hairs on a small scale, like the whips in the whipper machine, cause the movement of water and detergents in the carpet.
  • Unlike plate brushes, the rotation of the roller brush is parallel to the tissues of the carpet, and for this reason, it can perform washing in a deep way without erosion the surface of the carpet.
  • The ability to penetrate deep into the carpet and remove dirt
  • Not messing up the pattern of the carpet and arranging the tissues of the carpet
  • Using a roller brush with a width of 70 cm and the possibility of charging the brush hairs
  • Using a roller brush with a width of 70 cm and the possibility of charging the brush hairs
  • Using Teflon sheet for brush cover instead of metal sheets and removing cover corrosion and decay
  • Using a powerful electric motor with a power of 5.5 horsepower
  • Polyurethane rotating wheel and rubber wheels with bearings
  • U-shaped profile is used instead of square profile for greater strength and the possibility of painting inside the chassis.
  • The ability to adjust the height and level of contact between the brush and the carpet in the simplest possible way
  • Using CK alloy for the central shaft in order to be more resistant to corrosion and rust
  • Epoxy wear-resistant paint
  • Two-position switch for operator speed
  • One year warranty and 10 years after sale services
